Key Responsibilities
- Complete the company-sponsored award-winning training to master core pest control skills and manage your assigned service route efficiently.
- Prioritize safety at all times during work activities.
- Drive a company vehicle to follow a scheduled route within the given territory, ensuring timely arrival at customer locations.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity in interactions with customers and coworkers.
- Address customer concerns empathetically, listening carefully to their needs and delivering effective, innovative pest control solutions.
- Perform service installations including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers to improve energy efficiency.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Accurately complete service documentation using company-provided handheld devices for efficient record-keeping.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- No prior industry experience needed; full training will be provided.
- Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
- Capability to work independently in field settings, managing routes and engaging courteously with customers in their homes and businesses.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely use ladders within weight limits.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable accessing confined spaces including crawlspaces, attics, rooftops, requiring climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, sometimes including OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Preparedness to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
