Temenos Administrator

About the Role

At Müller's Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Temenos Administrator to manage our Temenos banking software environment. In this role, you will oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization efforts to ensure that the application fulfills diverse business requirements with excellent performance, robust security, and dependable reliability. Working closely with teams across the organization, you will lead system updates, offer user support, and promptly resolve technical issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Temenos banking platform, addressing user access control, security protocols, and configuration settings.
• Perform continuous monitoring of system performance by conducting routine health checks and resolving issues proactively to ensure uptime.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
• Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to maximize effective use of the Temenos system.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation including configuration standards and troubleshooting guides.
• Diagnose and fix technical problems, coordinating with support teams and external vendors as required.
• Keep abreast of the latest Temenos software releases and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.
• Between three and five years of experience managing Temenos software or comparable banking applications.
• Deep knowledge of Temenos architecture and its various modules.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, user administration, and issue troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical abilities and resilience when addressing complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business users.
• Certifications related to Temenos or similar technologies are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of database management and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience using integration tools within the banking sector.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of mentoring and training junior technical personnel.
