Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer communications, enquiries, and assist in sales closure via efficient communication and persistent follow-ups. The role requires grasping customer demands, delivering precise information, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from both prospective and current customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate details about products, pricing, and suggested quantities.
• Consistently follow up on customer inquiries to convert potential leads into confirmed sales orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Compile daily call reports and update the status of leads with precision.
• Work closely with internal departments such as design, sales, and dispatch to facilitate timely order processing.
• Manage customer queries professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all customer communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and attentive listening abilities.
• Capability to persuade customers and manage objections efficiently.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations, including CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and email usage.
• Effective organizational skills and strong follow-up capability.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Experience

Previous exposure to telecalling, telesales, or customer support roles is preferred, though freshers demonstrating good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

This position is based at YCE Industries Private Limited, operating in Panchkula, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, Dhakoli, Punjab, India.
