Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Bharat Solutions is seeking a Female Customer Support Executive to join their team full-time at their Delhi office. The position involves engaging with customers through calls, addressing inquiries, and supporting marketing efforts while maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to customers and potential clients to provide assistance and information.
• Respond to customer queries and offer support as needed.
• Follow up with clients to nurture and maintain strong relationships.
• Support marketing activities as required.
• Maintain and update customer records and prepare relevant reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Graduates in any discipline are eligible.
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Confidence in making calls and handling clients.
• A positive mindset coupled with a willingness to learn.

Work Schedule and Location

• Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Workplace: Property No. 324, First Floor, Near SBI ATM, N Block, Raghubir Nagar, Tagore Garden Extension, West Delhi, Delhi – 110027.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is determined during the interview process, along with performance-based incentives.
