About the Role
MRRCS Private Limited in Bengaluru is actively seeking energetic and driven individuals to fill telecaller positions at their Wilson Garden facility. Both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply, with immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting potential customers.
- Provide clear explanations of the company’s products and services to generate quality leads.
- Engage in consistent follow-ups and update call documentation diligently.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet set daily and monthly calling objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi is favorable.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Preference given to candidates available for immediate employment.
Compensation
Remuneration varies based on experience: freshers can expect an in-hand salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 monthly, while experienced candidates can earn between ₹20,000 and ₹24,000 depending on their background and selection interview.
Working Hours & Schedule
- The role demands working without weekend holidays.
- Week-offs will be arranged on a rotational basis.
