Job Summary

We are seeking a confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The main responsibilities include calling prospective clients, explaining real estate projects, arranging site visits, regularly following up with leads, and maintaining client information in the CRM system. A positive attitude, good Hindi communication skills, and basic computer proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and explain real estate projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
• Update and manage lead information accurately in the CRM database.
• Consistently follow up with leads to nurture interest and secure appointments.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly target goals related to calls and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills, including CRM usage.
• Confident phone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹40,000 based on performance and experience.
