Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for placement.
• Translate client hiring objectives and technical needs into effective sourcing plans.
• Locate, attract, and evaluate qualified professionals in both technology and business sectors.
• Conduct technical recruiter interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, motivation, and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruitment teams, ensuring transparent communication.
• Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with candidates and develop talent pipelines.
• Submit high-quality candidates aligned with job specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with recruitment peers and stakeholders to optimize hiring success and efficiency.
• Simultaneously manage multiple vacancies while maintaining excellent candidate experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search roles.
• Expertise in sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment software.
• Experience recruiting for technology positions such as software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management.
• Strong ability to understand and evaluate technical profiles for candidate suitability.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capable of handling multiple recruitment tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a remote work context.
• Experience recruiting in additional areas such as healthcare, finance, sales, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or leadership is advantageous.
