About the Role

Join Arvato's dynamic team as a Teamlead Data Center at our Mörfelden-Walldorf site. We operate globally with 17,000 colleagues delivering innovative cloud-based e-commerce and IT solutions for complex supply chains. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Data Centre Associates by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, safe, and efficient completion.
• Provide hands-on support for installing server racks, hardware, and cabling, guiding the team through complex technical tasks.
• Manage materials and inventory by organizing, inspecting, and monitoring incoming equipment and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, work instructions, and company procedures while striving for continuous process improvements.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues, liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors, resolving challenges pragmatically and effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, technical environments, or data center operations, including some leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and familiarity with warehouse, inventory, or operational systems.
• Technical competency handling tools and basic knowledge of hardware, rack installation, and cabling.
• Proficient English communication skills suitable for a daily work environment.
• Demonstrated responsibility, a proactive problem-solving approach, commitment to team growth, and a customer-focused attitude.
