Job description
Role Overview
The Team Member Plus position embraces the value of 'Getting Stuck In' by working flexibly across various resort departments rather than being limited to one area. This full-time role involves supporting different teams to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties vary throughout the week: Mondays and Fridays focus on cleaning guest accommodations, while other days involve assisting in areas such as sports and activities, food and beverage outlets including restaurants, quick service, buffets, bars, shops, and the fairground. Occasionally, you may cover multiple departments in one day.
Development Opportunities
Apprenticeships available relevant to this role include Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. Interested candidates will be provided details during the hiring process.
