Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Team Leader for our Warehouse Department, focusing on goods receipt and storage operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading the warehouse team both functionally and disciplinarily.
• Organizing and managing inbound and outbound goods as well as internal warehouse processes.
• Ensuring smooth material flow and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
• Planning staff deployment and managing leave schedules.
• Conducting stock inventories and overseeing cleanliness, order, and workplace safety standards.
• Continuously improving warehouse and logistics procedures.
• Collaborating closely with purchasing, production, and shipping departments.
