Team Leader / Manager - Civil, Structural Engineering & Pre-Engineered Buildings

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Manager specializing in Civil, Structural Engineering, and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, engineering, and execution of industrial projects, contributing to projects primarily in sectors such as Pharma, Biotech, or Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive structural design and engineering tasks for industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct structural analysis and design leveraging software tools like STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC.
• Thoroughly review, validate, and authorize structural drawings and related calculations to ensure integrity and standards adherence.
• Oversee project planning phases, maintain effective site coordination, and manage relationships with contractors and vendors efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections, verify quantities, and certify bills related to project deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have 12–16+ years of demonstrated experience in civil and structural project leadership.
• Deep familiarity with structural engineering software including STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC.
• Experience in quality control, site supervision, and vendor management.
• Prior exposure to projects in Pharma, Biotech, or Food & Beverage sectors is advantageous.
• Certification enabling approval of structural drawings will be highly regarded.
