Team Leader

About the Role

As a Team Leader based in Newport, you will be integral to daily department operations, leading by example to support your team and guarantee an exceptional customer experience. You'll handle stock management, assist new team members, and resolve issues directly on the shop floor. Working closely with your manager, you'll maintain high standards and keep your team motivated throughout your night shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in retail or any customer-facing role
• Willingness to accept responsibility and provide team support
