Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Interview Coordinator to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team remotely. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing ATS systems, and supporting overall recruitment operations to meet staffing needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, various job portals, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring demands.
- Perform outreach, conduct resume evaluations, and execute market research.
- Organize and schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
- Manage communications with candidates, interview arrangements, feedback collection, and scheduling logistics.
- Keep ATS data accurate including candidate records and recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and interviewers to support recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in recruiting, sourcing, HR coordination, recruiting operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and various candidate sourcing techniques.
- Solid experience in interview scheduling and calendar management.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Superior communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced remote setting.
Additional Details
Location: Remote within the United States
Compensation: $36 to $40 per hour
