This Talent Acquisition Partner position is remote eligible.

What you will do

  • Build and sustain relationships with candidates, alumni networks, and professional groups to strengthen a broad and diverse talent pipeline.
  • Identify and attract diverse candidates for mid- to senior-level openings and leadership roles using professional associations, alumni contacts, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the architecture/engineering industry and stay current on recruiting practices relevant to the firm’s disciplines and markets.
  • Keep HR colleagues and hiring managers informed on hiring progress, candidate availability, and diversity within the applicant pool.
  • Run recruiting activity across multiple disciplines and markets while keeping candidate records current in the applicant tracking system.
  • Work with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and shape hiring plans for priority roles.
  • Align hiring managers and interview panels on role expectations, then help evaluate candidates against the agreed selection criteria.
  • Take part in networking activities and use the support of employees and HR teammates to draw strong, diverse talent to the firm.
  • Monitor and share recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness, predict hiring demand, and apply best practices.
  • Support an inclusive hiring process from sourcing through interviewing and selection.
  • Contribute to HR programs and other special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Prior exposure to sourcing and mapping resumes from a variety of channels, including social networks and recruiting platforms; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a diverse, cross-functional team and leading multi-disciplinary recruiting efforts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, plus experience working on team-based projects.
  • Proven ability to build effective internal and external relationships that improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Genuine interest in sourcing both active and passive candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events.

Compensation and benefits

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $77,000 to $128,000, depending on location and experience. The role is also eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
