Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will craft and execute customized recruitment plans to attract exceptional and diverse talent in the competitive spheres of local commerce and product development. You will collaborate intimately with business leaders to spearhead important hiring efforts from inception through completion. This dynamic role suits a proactive recruiter who excels in a fast-moving environment, possesses detailed knowledge of recruiting for Sales roles, and is eager to contribute on an international scale.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various Local Services positions, including job description creation, sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, managing complex negotiations, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to assess talent requirements, provide insights on market developments, and design recruitment strategies aligned with ambitious objectives.
• Function as a strategic partner by analyzing recruitment data and market trends to assist in workforce planning, anticipate talent shortages, and develop a strong pipeline in the O2O and e-commerce domains.
• Continuously enhance recruitment procedures and technologies to increase efficiency, scalability, and deliver an exceptional candidate journey.
• Identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates at all organizational levels, consistently surpassing hiring benchmarks to grow the Local Services team.
• Champion the employer brand, empowering hiring teams to authentically represent TikTok's culture and Local Services mission.

Qualifications

• At least three years of comprehensive recruitment experience with a solid record in hiring Sales and Marketing professionals.
• Demonstrated leadership in streamlining recruitment workflows and improving policies and systems.
• Skilled in applying market intelligence and metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Experience

• Background in recruitment at a rapidly growing tech company, particularly within Local Services, E-commerce, or similar fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to quickly build relationships and influence stakeholders at diverse levels.
• Self-motivated, analytical, creative, and inquisitive about trends in local services.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
