Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from initial requisition to onboarding. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant hiring practices, as well as providing a positive experience for new employees throughout their entry and integration into the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including finalizing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage job postings, maintain talent pipelines and recruitment tracking systems, conduct reference checks, and formulate salary recommendations in line with market standards and internal equity.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters, ensuring all hiring documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to compliance requirements.
- Oversee pre-employment processes such as creation of employee profiles, document verification, meeting medical prerequisites, and obtaining necessary work passes or licenses.
- Organize and manage onboarding paperwork, confirm induction schedules, and collaborate with IT, Facilities and Payroll to guarantee operational readiness for new hires.
- Conduct Day 1 onboarding activities including orientation and induction, distribution of welcome materials, and maintenance of thorough employee records.
- Continuously evaluate recruitment and employee lifecycle workflows to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Support various HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications such as IHRP preferred.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in both recruitment and HR operations encompassing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, employment laws, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with HR information systems and applicant tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational capability.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
