Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while advising and guiding hiring managers throughout.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand both immediate and strategic workforce requirements, aligning recruitment accordingly.
- Craft engaging job advertisements tailored to attract high-quality candidates that reflect the roles accurately.
- Deliver timely and effective recruitment advice and support aligned with company workforce goals.
- Design and implement role-specific sourcing and talent attraction tactics, especially for challenging positions.
- Enhance recruitment methodologies, tools, and leadership capabilities to boost consistency, efficiency, and quality across the organisation.
- Ensure candidates experience a professional, respectful, and responsive recruitment journey.

Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum five years in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within operational or infrastructure sectors.
- Confident in engaging passive candidates with a proactive sourcing mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cultivating trusted partnerships with managers and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of market trends with the ability to offer credible and practical hiring guidance.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to develop compelling job adverts.
