Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to guarantee optimal uptime and availability.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain both operating systems and application software, including system management tools.
• Analyze application performance to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with developers to implement necessary improvements.
• Communicate with vendors and other IT staff to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks adhering to established preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Inspect asset and spare part statuses, carrying out corrective maintenance, repairs, and necessary adjustments.
• Prepare and submit maintenance checklists and reports aligned with work orders and maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot issues utilizing as-built documentation, schematics, and other relevant resources.
• Work with Systems ML1 engineers to resolve incidents and conduct root cause analyses.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT-related positions.
• Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix commands and SQL, alongside hands-on experience managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Expertise in installing, configuring, troubleshooting Windows-based applications, and experience with monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Domain Controller administration.
• Effective troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
