Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze both business and system requirements.
• Convert business demands into well-defined functional specifications.
• Identify areas for enhancing business workflows and system operations.
• Configure, test, and provide ongoing support for system deployments.
• Diagnose system and application issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
• Track system performance and suggest enhancements.
• Create and update system documentation.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven capability to gather business requirements and produce corresponding functional specifications.
• Familiarity with software testing procedures, system documentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic awareness of AI, IoT, SaaS, or cloud computing technologies is beneficial.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Dhahran.
