Candidate Profile

• A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
• At least two years of experience in disability support.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive within a collaborative team.
• Composure and confidence in managing complex behaviors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts throughout the day.
• Clearances including NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and National Criminal History Record Check.
• Provision of two professional references.
• A current driver’s license.
