About The Company

44 Sedgley Road is a supported living facility located in Dudley, New South Wales, offering assistance to adults with learning disabilities to live independently and healthily according to their preferences.

The Role

You will serve as a Support Worker providing compassionate, person-centered care daily, helping individuals achieve their fullest potential and contributing to our aim of excellence in support services. A UK Driving License is a mandatory requirement for this job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized support plans focusing on wellbeing and independence while managing risks and adhering to relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Create and adapt engaging activity plans encouraging autonomy and personal development.
  • Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and addressing health needs effectively.
  • Enable effective communication and maintain comprehensive, person-focused records.
  • Manage medication processes and assist with medication self-administration.
  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
