Job description
Position Overview
The Support Staff - Planning Technician role at NeoCity Academy involves maintaining and supporting programs focused on growth management and site planning within the Planning Department based in Kissimmee, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supporting growth management initiatives and site planning programs.
- Handle various contract documents and official correspondence related to planning activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- At least three years of relevant experience involving contracts, planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), permitting, facility management, and/or construction is preferred.

The position is full-time and located at 809 Bill Beck Blvd, Kissimmee, FL in the Planning Department.
