Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Join the ENTEK team in Henderson, Nevada, as a Supply Chain Manager responsible for steering supply chain processes within the machinery division. This position requires managing inventory, production schedules, logistics, and customer fulfillment to ensure smooth operational flow across departments including operations, engineering, sales, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies addressing production capacity, inventory management, product assortment, and demand forecasting.
• Lead the monthly planning cycles for sales, inventory, demand, and operations.
• Establish and track KPIs for inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, production efficiency, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Evaluate customer demand trends and align production capabilities to meet delivery schedules.
• Oversee inventory assembly, movement logistics, and develop contingency plans to reduce supply chain risks.
• Adjust production schedules in response to business fluctuations and operational demands.
• Manage functions related to warehousing, logistics, inventory planning, and material flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture supply chain and logistics staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Between 5 and 7 years’ experience in supply chain management or operational planning roles.
• Proficient knowledge of materials planning, production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems.
• Previous leadership or supervisory roles with proven team management capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets.
• Preferred credentials include APICS certification and manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience with international logistics, supply planning, and supporting multi-site or high-volume operations is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

This full-time exempt role operates Monday through Friday during the day shift. Occasional travel, including international trips, may be necessary.
