Role overview
Alsarh Travel & Tourism is hiring a Supplier Relations Specialist for its Riyadh office. The position focuses on managing supplier coordination, contract follow-up, reporting, and ongoing communication with vendors.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Strong command of English in both speaking and writing.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- A background in languages and translation is required.
Key responsibilities
- Keep all contracts properly filed, organized, and archived.
- Coordinate with suppliers inside and outside Saudi Arabia to obtain contracts and ensure completion of the process.
- Prepare daily updates on completed work and submit them to the department manager.
- Compare pricing across suppliers and car rental companies.
- Maintain and regularly update supplier contact lists.
- Track bookings in the new system and support their confirmation.
