Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects in mechanical and structural engineering, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of results.
• Create detailed mechanical system designs and conduct thorough analyses to guarantee safety, longevity, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Manage quality assurance procedures to uphold regulatory and company standards across all engineering outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering teams to drive product development forward.
• Diagnose and resolve challenges related to mechanical and structural systems within projects.
• Document design workflows, project milestones, and quality control activities comprehensively to support transparency and continuity.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Have 3 to 8 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, or related tools.
• Familiarity with international standards and industry-specific regulations such as ISO and ASME.
• Experience performing finite element analysis (FEA) and using other simulation technologies.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous for communication with suppliers and technical partners in Germany.
