Role Overview

We invite experienced Structural Engineers to join our Singapore structures group. You will contribute to exciting projects spanning Asia and globally, working alongside a team of expert engineers and multidisciplinary colleagues. Your responsibilities will include leading structural engineering design projects of varying complexity throughout the full project lifecycle, establishing and maintaining outstanding client relationships to secure repeat business, and mentoring junior engineers through coaching and training.

Qualifications and Skills

• Accredited Bachelor or Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering, with Professional Engineer registration from the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large projects, consistently delivering within timeframes and budgets while adhering to operational procedures.
• Extensive technical expertise in Structural Engineering and understanding of other related disciplines.
• Experienced in designing diverse common structural materials and forms, leading projects, and fostering strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with Singapore's local codes of practice and regulatory submission and approval processes.
• Proficient in relevant structural engineering software tools.
• Knowledge or awareness of advanced computational design methods and structural visual programming tools, such as Grasshopper, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, along with resourcefulness and initiative to address challenges, are essential for this client-facing role.
