About the Role
As a Strategic Project Manager in Finance, you will guide high-priority financial projects from inception to execution on a fully remote basis. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring financial initiatives are strategically aligned and efficiently implemented to advance organizational objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of finance-centric projects, encompassing budgeting processes, forecasting, and analyzing variances.
- Partner with senior executives to tailor financial strategies that reinforce the company’s long-term vision.
- Create and apply robust financial models to assess project feasibility and calculate return on investment (ROI).
- Supervise the financial reporting function and guarantee compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Work closely with finance departments to optimize workflows and elevate operational productivity.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Possess at least 7 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or financial project leadership roles.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling, with working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Proven ability to interpret and analyze intricate financial data, drawing insightful conclusions.
- Track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams and effectively managing stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, or comparable accounting frameworks.
