Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our wholesale rice business located in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. This position involves managing office and business activities, ensuring smooth customer interactions, and maintaining stock quality and inventory accuracy. Comprehensive training will be provided as necessary to support your success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare billing and invoices accurately and timely.
• Manage cash transactions responsibly.
• Enter data in Tally for purchases and sales.
• Maintain stock levels and conduct inventory management.
• Coordinate activities with the warehouse (Godown) for stock movement and storage.
• Perform quality inspections on rice stocks to ensure standards.
• Carry out basic office administrative tasks.
• Assist customers and dealers as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of six months' experience in a relevant role.
• Fundamental knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory for communication.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Responsible attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
