Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Helper at Prakruthivanam Hyderabad to deliver excellent service and assist in various store operations. This role involves customer interaction, product arrangement, billing, stock management, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer outstanding assistance to meet their needs.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate products accordingly.
- Manage billing processes including cash, card, and UPI payments efficiently.
- Organize and replenish merchandise on store shelves regularly.
- Ensure the store remains clean with appealing product displays.
- Help in receiving and verifying stock, then arranging it systematically.
- Pack orders for both in-store shoppers and online buyers carefully.
- Keep track of product expiry dates and carry out proper stock rotation practices.
- Assist with conducting inventory counts and managing stock records.
Compensation and Work Terms
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 INR.
