Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Store Assistant to join our operations team at More Retail Private Limited in Cuttack, Orissa. The ideal candidate will support daily store functions focused on inventory control, vehicle loading and unloading, customer interaction, and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to provide assistance and enhance their shopping experience.
- Work on building and maintaining customer loyalty through effective service and relationship management.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed salary of INR 12,000 per month.
