Stocking 3 Team Lead

Overview

This role supports leadership of overnight stocking teams and departmental processes to address issues and guide associates through training and coaching.

The position involves organizing department activities according to workload and operations, with occasional support on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating task completion based on priorities from the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management.
• Evaluate overall store department presentation, identify issues, and implement merchandising updates as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with associates, lead daily team huddles to share updates, set targets, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure the security of high-value merchandise, lock doors and storage areas when unused, and perform daily compliance audits.
• Collaborate with the People Lead to review completed schedules.
• Conduct area tours with Coaches and associates to identify training needs, provide feedback, and foster associate development.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies; complete safety inspections and ensure fixture security.
• Complete GTA/Workday system tasks and offer management support.
• Work alongside Coach and People Lead to support associate performance management, growth discussions, recruiting, and hiring.

Compensation

The base hourly pay for this position starts at $19.25.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
