Role Overview

As a Stock Supervisor at the Brown Thomas Dublin location, you will act as a brand ambassador, driving sales and profit by managing stock movement efficiently. Maintaining inventory accuracy through key stock management systems like Intranset and REX is essential to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Kurt Geiger brand consistently through exemplary customer service and brand ambassador qualities.
• Keep back-of-house stockroom areas to the model store standard at all times.
• Assist the management team in achieving an audit stock variance result of 0.3% or less by ensuring precise stock file accuracy.
• Take full accountability for online order fulfilment within Brown Thomas, which includes daily collection, accurate picking and pair checking of stock, and updating the REX system accordingly.
• Communicate with the online team to address demand, cancellations, and issues arising from damaged, shop-soiled, or faulty stock, ensuring stock thresholds are managed properly.
• Review and analyse online refund transactions in-store via daily sales batching to maintain alignment with the Kurt Geiger system.
• Manage stock movements in and out of the store using the Intransit system.
• Process CVS orders promptly to meet a 48-hour delivery timeframe.
• Strive to meet a fulfilment target of 70% or above for online orders.
• Monitor stock on loan and items on hold.
• Support the management of odds and ends, faulty goods, and write-offs within the store.
• Report any stock discrepancies or errors to management without delay.
• Manage customer click-and-collect orders, ensuring timely processing aligned with company standards.
• Oversee customer-held stock items.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Fulfilment rate of 70% or greater for online orders.
• Delivery of CVS orders within 48 hours.
• Achieving a stocktake variance result of 0.3% or less.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working in a stock-related position within either a high street or premium retail brand.
• Professional and polished appearance that aligns with the luxury and fashion-forward nature of the brand.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a positive and proactive approach to work.
