Steel Fixer

Position Overview

Stafingo is recruiting experienced Steel Fixers to join our construction team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves interpreting technical construction drawings and executing the cutting, bending, and fixing of reinforcement steel bars (rebar) and mesh that support concrete structural elements.

Core Duties

• Analyze and understand construction blueprints and bar bending schedules.
• Cut, shape, and install steel reinforcement bars and mesh as specified.
• Secure steel reinforcements using methods such as tying wire, clips, and welding where necessary.
• Ensure all reinforcement work aligns precisely with project specifications and standards.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and team members to facilitate smooth project workflow.

Additional Details

• Monthly salary: AED 1500.
• Working hours: 9 hours of active duty plus a 1-hour break daily.
• Airfare expenses will be covered by the client in accordance with company policies.
• Selection involves a face-to-face trade test and interview.
• Immediate deployment targeted for the second week of August 2026.

Experience & Eligibility

Candidates must possess proven hands-on experience as a Steel Fixer on construction projects. Immediate availability to join is essential.
