Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our Riyadh office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering tailored speech and language therapy programs for children and other individuals experiencing communication and language challenges.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech and language development.
- Tackle difficulties relating to speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication.
- Track client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Prepare detailed clinical documentation and maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Work collaboratively with psychologists, ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and recommendations.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all clinical work.
- Engage in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure full compliance with organizational clinical policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Clinical or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental or communication disorders is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to function well within a multidisciplinary team.
