Job Overview

We seek an experienced Technical Consultant skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years' experience working extensively with D365, including implementing several full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement solutions tailored to alleviate customer challenges.
• Enhance CRM systems by resolving issues and improving functionality.
• Engage closely with clients to grasp their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead complete delivery cycles of 4 to 5 projects.
• Work on integrating third-party software and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all deployments.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience as a technical consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in front-end and integration technologies including HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with various CRM XRM versions and complete project implementations.
• Microsoft Certified in D365 CRM and familiar with Microsoft methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication to understand and address client pain points.
• Experience working in agile development environments with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM mobility features is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Unified Service Desk components such as WPF and creating external hosted controls is an advantage.
• Understanding of marketing automation tools such as RESCO Scribe, Kingswaysoft, and ClickDimensions is desirable.
