Role Overview

As a Specialist at HUGO BOSS Kildare, you will collaborate with management to coach, train, and develop team members in your specialist area. Your focus will be on maximizing sales potential, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-focused environment to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business, incorporating CRM data collection and quality management.
• Coach and develop team members, assist with onboarding and provide ongoing training within the specialist area.
• Assist with merchandise processes, including stocktaking, cycle counts, and delivering product feedback to merchandise management.
• Share best practices and transfer knowledge to enhance selling techniques and improve individual KPIs.
• Support loss prevention and stock management operations.
• Ensure all tools are utilized properly and company policies and procedures are followed consistently.

• Proven experience in a similar role meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse levels.
