Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests by name to create a positive initial impression.
• Maintain high service standards as specified in the Standard Operations Manual.
• Provide quality massage therapies and body treatments consistent with the Standard Training Manual.
• Ensure all spa equipment is functional throughout service hours.
• Address guest inquiries about services, explaining the benefits of different treatments.
• Support demonstrations and participate in events when needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and refresher programs as required.
• Keep the Therapist Log Book updated with relevant information.
• Complete all tasks and assignments within deadlines under the guidance of the spa manager or supervisor.
• Adapt to company changes as directed.

Qualifications

• Possession of a certificate in massage therapy.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
• Maintains high level of personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Shows enthusiasm and a readiness to learn continuously.
