The Strategic Sourcing division is expanding its Indirect Sourcing team, and we are looking for a motivated Sourcing Manager focused on designing and implementing efficient cost structures and contract frameworks. This role is integral in facilitating outstanding services that continuously save costs and generate revenue, requiring expertise in negotiation, analytics, and strategic partnership both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead internal partners and cross-functional groups through supplier selection and acquisition processes from end to end.
• Negotiate terms for new deals and contract changes, optimizing cost, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Guide Cross-Functional Teams to agree on commercial strategies and translate business requirements into actionable criteria.
• Perform comprehensive market analyses, create alternative cost scenarios, and advise on pricing to minimize expenses.
• Act as a trusted consultant for internal teams, managing expectations regularly and resolving complex contract-related issues.
• Monitor contract execution, analyze expenditure, oversee renewals and terminations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Prepare concise business cases for operational review sessions and represent the company at relevant industry events, including travel when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing within indirect procurement categories.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland; no work permit sponsorship is available.

• Discretion and meticulous attention to confidentiality, deadlines, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced degrees such as a Master's, MBA, or specialized business degrees in Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Professional certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
• Background in accounting or finance including financial case development and budget oversight.

Workplace and Schedule

This hybrid position requires working from both home and designated office days set by management. The expected weekly work hours total 37.5.
