Solution Architect

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. This role focuses on designing comprehensive, scalable, and secure technology architectures that align technical solutions with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system design and enterprise architecture while providing technical leadership and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures tailored to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical approaches support business strategies and enable successful project delivery.
• Lead engineering teams by establishing architectural best practices and standards.
• Assess and recommend modern technology stacks that align with future trends and business requirements.
• Maintain detailed architectural documentation and standards to facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to communicate architectural decisions effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a solution architecture role.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with caching technologies such as Redis, and message queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or Service Bus.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful API development, and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and modern backend frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing scalable technical solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of security architecture including authentication, authorization, and adherence to OWASP best practices.
• Experience collaborating in Agile and cross-functional teams, and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Credentials

• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or in Solution Architecture are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Salary range offered is ₹20,00,000 to ₹25,00,000 annually.
• The work location is primarily onsite in Surat with a potential hybrid arrangement.
