Role Overview

We are seeking an SLP Supervisor to enhance security, curtail losses, and uphold operational excellence. You will manage daily Security & Loss Prevention activities, ensuring the safety of personnel, safeguarding assets, and enforcing security protocols to maintain uninterrupted business operations on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Security & Loss Prevention tasks to guarantee optimal site coverage.
• Lead Security Officers and CCTV Operators, ensuring they follow organizational policies accurately.
• Manage access control systems, visitor registration, and CCTV monitoring to maintain a safe environment.
• Handle security incidents, including accidents, theft, fraud, and violations, ensuring prompt reporting and escalation.
• Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and patrols to detect and address risks proactively.
• Assist with inventory security measures, stock audits, and reducing shrinkage.
• Document incidents, maintain daily security logs, and prepare operational summaries with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, and other departments to resolve security-related issues.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure compliance and high performance.
• Implement emergency response protocols and support business continuity during emergencies.
• Encourage a culture emphasizing safety, security, and ongoing improvement at the workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Between two and four years’ experience in Security, Loss Prevention, or Asset Protection, ideally within logistics, warehouses, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Past leadership experience supervising security teams is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of security operations, incident handling, investigations, and risk reduction strategies.
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control technologies, along with security documentation practices.
• Excellent leadership qualities, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel and Word.
• Capability to handle pressure and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
