Role Summary

The Site Supervisor is tasked with managing the daily operations of designated construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, on-time completion, and adherence to project specifications. This full-time position operates remotely and requires coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include conducting both virtual and physical site inspections as necessary, verifying work quality, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining daily documentation and reports, aiding in scheduling and allocation of resources. The role also involves resolving site challenges, supporting inspections, providing status updates to stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
