Role overview
Chestnut Homes Ltd is hiring a Site Labourer to support new-home building projects across Market Rasen, Bardney, Coningsby, Boston, and Sibsey. The position suits someone who is practical, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors as part of a busy construction crew. The role contributes to safe, orderly, and high-standard site operations for a respected housebuilder.
Key duties
- Keep plots and properties clean, orderly, and safe throughout the construction process.
- Organise and maintain access to external spaces, compounds, and storage areas.
- Help unload deliveries and store materials safely.
- Work alongside the Telehandler/Forklift Driver to move and distribute materials around site.
- Make sure leftover materials are returned and put away correctly.
- Support the securing of properties, welfare facilities, compounds, and site boundaries.
- Sweep and maintain footpaths, parking areas, and shared site spaces.
- Assist with landscaping tasks such as watering turf and plants during summer.
- Support pre-plaster and pre-occupation activities as instructed by the Site Manager.
- Carry out basic sealing, pointing, foaming, and extractor duct tasks on homes at different stages of build.
- Follow all company Health & Safety rules and work safely at all times.

Pay and benefits
