Site Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Site Engineer to join our expanding team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the timely and quality delivery of real estate development projects by managing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and complying with regional regulations.

Key Duties

• Supervise daily construction operations to guarantee execution aligns with approved blueprints and detailed specifications.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, technical consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project activities.
• Track project schedules closely and communicate progress updates to project leadership.
• Perform regular site inspections to uphold quality assurance and troubleshoot technical challenges promptly.
• Ensure all activities are in full compliance with UAE construction regulations and applicable authority mandates.
• Review and verify technical drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs), and material submissions.
• Assist in project planning, including schedule development and implementation.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and site records to support project transparency.
• Champion health and safety protocols across the construction site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development, with demonstrable experience in the UAE market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and onsite practices.
• Well-versed with local regulatory requirements and approval procedures.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Competent in juggling multiple responsibilities and delivering tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
