Role Overview
The Shift Manager plays a key role in enhancing the coffee experience for customers by educating them about coffee products and selling associated equipment such as grinders and brewers. The role involves preparing quality beverages and food items according to established recipes, promoting seasonal offerings, and ensuring a vibrant and inviting atmosphere through tastings and sampling sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and understand customer preferences related to coffee.
- Encourage participation in manual brew tastings and food sampling.
- Prepare coffee beverages and food items following standardized recipes.
- Drive sales by suggestive selling tailored to customer tastes.
- Maintain stock levels for merchandise displays and food display units through timely restocking.
- Operate equipment safely by following standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely repairs when necessary.

- Maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work environment adhering to SOP guidelines.
- Collect and respond to customer feedback regarding products and store ambiance, escalating issues to the Store Manager when required.
