Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team at Ahmedabad. This onsite position requires 4 to 6 years of substantial experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in IT Service Management customization and implementation across enterprises.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Management.
- Create and manage Service Catalogs and the ServiceNow Employee Center.
- Write and maintain JavaScript code including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes to enhance functionality.
- Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for process automation and system integrations.
- Implement REST and SOAP web service integrations as well as manage MID Server configurations.
- Customize the Service Portal to improve user experience and interface design.
- Focus on performance tuning and platform administration to ensure efficient operation.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Additional Information
Candidates must be ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and commit to working onsite at the office location.
