Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement of service operations, warranty handling, and technical support functions.
- Design and roll out comprehensive technical and product training programs for internal teams and dealer partners.
- Maintain high standards of technical knowledge and product expertise within the dealer network.
- Promote customer satisfaction by managing complaint resolution, providing field support, and driving service excellence efforts.
- Supervise and develop a team of technical specialists, ensuring alignment with company standards and regional objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and regional teams to support business development and product success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in after-sales service, technical support, or training management sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development.
- Competent in presentation and facilitation to deliver training and workshops.
- Adept at establishing trusted relationships with business partners and within dealer networks.
- Possesses a systematic, solution-focused approach and a drive for continuous service improvements.
- Excellent command of English, able to operate within an international business environment.
