About the Role
Brasserie Astoria Singapore is looking for energetic and committed Service Captains to strengthen its front-of-house team. The restaurant aims to deliver an elevated brasserie experience in a setting that combines classic refinement with contemporary style.
Located at Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall, the venue sits within a historic and carefully restored landmark that reflects Singapore’s cultural heritage. The concept draws inspiration from its Stockholm counterpart while adapting to the lively atmosphere of Singapore. The focus is on memorable dining, attentive hospitality, and a menu designed to match the elegance of the surroundings.
What You Will Do
- Provide polished, high-standard service to guests throughout the dining experience.
- Build strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu so you can guide guests and make suitable recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Work closely with colleagues across the restaurant to ensure smooth service and consistent guest care.
- Support a workplace culture that values learning, development, and ongoing improvement.
Experience and Profile
The restaurant is seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience in a comparable hospitality role. A genuine interest in fine dining, strong teamwork, and a willingness to keep learning are important for success in this position.
