Server - Food and Beverage Services

Overview

This role requires working on site at the physical location with no remote work option. Candidates should possess conversational English and hold a Serving It Right Certificate. Applicants typically have between 1 to less than 7 months of experience and no formal education degree is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
• Provide informed suggestions on menu items to customers.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly.
• Welcome guests, present menus, respond to inquiries about food and beverages, and offer recommendations.
• Deliver food and beverages to patrons efficiently.
• Take orders and communicate them accurately to kitchen and bar personnel.

Required Credentials

• Possession of a Serving It Right Certificate or equivalent certification is mandatory.
