Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be instrumental in scaling our team by hiring top talent across the U.S. This role reports directly to our founders and collaborates closely with various department leaders, leading our talent acquisition efforts alongside our European recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization, continuously enhancing hiring processes, candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting operations, and analytics.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage outstanding passive candidates, craft compelling outreach, and partner with hiring managers to elevate hiring standards.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and platforms to streamline recruitment, making it faster, more effective, and a strategic advantage for Shelf.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of four years experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth tech startup or recruiting agency, with a strong preference for those experienced in both technical and go-to-market talent recruitment.
• Proficient in modern recruiting technologies and tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Ashby AI, Metaview, Gem, SeekOut, and similar platforms.
• Passionate about innovation in recruiting, constantly experimenting with AI models, automation, and improved workflows to enhance hiring speed and quality.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, supplemented with performance bonuses and meaningful equity participation.
