As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational pillar for our worldwide logistics and supply chain operations. You will streamline planning processes, bridge engineering and material availability, and ensure smooth flow of modular hardware from suppliers to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain planning cycle, converting demand into a comprehensive Master Production Schedule (MPS) and unified operational plan across business units.
• Architect and enhance our logistics framework, optimizing inbound, storage, and outbound workflows, while ensuring readiness for US exports.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies that balance material availability with working capital efficiency throughout the company.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Lite process by harmonizing demand, capacity, and supply into a cohesive operating plan, preparing critical trade-off analyses during supply constraints.
• Coordinate weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings to tackle delivery issues, monitor purchase orders, and manage ERP notifications.
• Manage the Engineering Change Control process from the supply chain viewpoint, ensuring thorough evaluation and handling of Bill of Materials (BOM) or specification changes.
• Optimize and maintain ERP planning systems as the central operational core for all planning and logistics tasks.
• Serve as the senior liaison for Category Managers, Delivery Office, and business units regarding planning and logistics priorities.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training or holds a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or possesses equivalent experience.
• Possesses extensive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, MPS, or logistics network design, preferably within project-oriented or hardware-related sectors.
• Demonstrates solid expertise in ERP-driven planning and hands-on experience with engineering change management related to supply chains.
• Has a proven record of leading cross-functional review sessions and managing escalation in matrix organizations with multiple competing priorities.
• Exemplifies a strong sense of ownership, growth mindset, practical approach, and the confidence to guide cross-departmental teams.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
